Advisory on foreign exchange regulations governing investment, borrowing, remittance and asset holding across borders.

Book Free Consultation

The Foreign Exchange Management Act governs almost every transaction that moves money or assets across India's borders — investment into or out of India, borrowing abroad, holding foreign assets, and remitting funds overseas.

At N D Savla & Associates, we advise businesses and individuals in Nashik on FEMA compliance for these transactions, including reporting to the Reserve Bank of India through authorised dealer banks and the filings that specific transactions require.

Where a transaction has already occurred without the required compliance, we also assist with regularisation, including compounding applications to the Reserve Bank of India.
